Everything we wanted…Pete made sure we were able to get it.

We had been looking at homes for nearly two years. Every weekend, my sister and I would spend hours driving around looking. So believe me, I’ve seen a lot of homes. Then one day my husband and I looked at a home that was being built in one of the neighborhoods we liked. I walked in and could not believe the attention to detail and the amazing craftsmanship. It was obvious that whoever this builder was, he was a perfectionist. Neither one of us had ever heard of Pete Jackson — and honestly, we were a little skeptical about using someone without as much experience as some of the other builders out there. But any hesitation we had was put to rest immediately. Pete went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we wanted…the way we wanted it. He was so easy to work with. And the quality of his work shows through in every little detail. I’ve been in million-dollar homes that don’t come close to the level of quality and workmanship that Pete puts into the homes he builds.

I would absolutely recommend Pete to anyone building a home. He’s a great builder and a great friend.

I just can’t say enough good things about Pete. As a homebuilder, a professional…and just somebody I really, really like. This was our first homebuilding experience and I really didn’t know what to expect, but the whole experience has been so positive. His quality standards are exceptional. In fact, there were little things here and there that other builders probably would have overlooked or decided were too minimal to change. And frankly, they were things that I was willing to go with as well. But Pete wouldn’t stand for it. He wanted everything to be just right. Even to this day, I don’t ever have to call him with any problems. He calls me about once a month just to see if everything is okay. In fact, the other day he called and said “Gosh, I just miss you guys.” That just made my day. How often do you get customer service like that?
