Pete leads each of our employees in a collaborative effort in the homebuilding process. He regularly assists our superintendent in overseeing the jobs. You can often find him on location ensuring the job process is going smoothly. He also monitors the selections process and hosts the pre-construction meeting early on in the build.
Brandi Durham
Design Coordinator
Brandi manages design selections and will guide you step-by-step through your build using our detailed selections process. Her role is to help you customize your home, track your selections, and coordinate with our subs and suppliers.
Paul Thomas
Finances
Paul is the main contact with financial matters. He will meet with you for the pre-bid meeting, where you choose all the details of your home, and help you finalize your budget. Throughout the build, if you desire to make changes to your selections, he will manage these change orders so that you'll be in control of your budget along the way.
